Job Responsibilities
1. Strictly execute various business operations in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) formulated by the Operations Department to ensure compliance and efficiency.
2. Accurately and promptly prepare all required documents for the operation process, and precisely enter cargo information and data into the company's business operating system.
3. Communicate and coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, trucking companies, container yards, customs brokers, and warehouses to ensure a smooth logistics chain.
4. Plan and follow up on every operational node in a timely manner; provide early warnings and handle any abnormal situations to ensure smooth and error-free cargo operations.
5. Check and reply to emails from overseas agents and clients daily; proactively follow up and maintain good client relationships, providing high-quality customer service.
6. Complete other operational support tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
1. Associate degree or above, with a preference for majors in Logistics Management, International Trade, or related fields.
2. Candidates with 1+ years of experience in ocean freight or logistics operations will be given priority.
3. Familiar with the basic process of ocean freight operations, possessing a solid foundation in international trade and proficient in International Commercial Terms .
4. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (CET-4 or above preferred), with the ability to proficiently handle daily emails and business communication in English.
5. Proficient in daily office software such as Word and Excel, with strong data processing capabilities.
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong sense of service, and a team player. Highly responsible, able to work under pressure, and capable of independently solving problems and handling emergencies.
